I got a Jawbone Up yesterday. I was mostly interested in the sleep tracking functionality. I was so excited to go to sleep last night so that I could access my data in the morning. I was so excited that I fucked up my sleep and slept way lighter than normally. This is my data from last night.
The “100 sleep quality” refers to the modest goal of sleeping for 7 hours that I set myself. 7.5 hours is realistically my bare minimum, and I’ll reset tonight’s goal to reflect that. I am my best self at 9 hours per night. I basically never get that on a weeknight.
