I felt like I had a horrible night of sleep on Saturday.  I had a hard time falling asleep because I was super cold.  About eight blankets later, I finally fell asleep.  And while I slept for a long time, as you can see, a lot of that sleep was very light.

Last night, I went out and ended up going to sleep later than I would have liked.  I only got just over seven hours of sleep, but five and a half of those were deep.  I feel okay today, but I could have used another hour.
